Super friendly staff. However, the first time my glasses came in there was a big circular scratch right in the middle of one of the lenses. Why call me and tell me they are in if you have to send them back out? You didn't see that big mark on the lens? Then when they came back in, I ordered a new pair of lenses for my old frames (also purchased here). It has been over 2 weeks and still no lenses.
