They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I bought the very nice pair of glasses here. There was a pretty large selection of frames to choose from and am probably going to recommend others to check them out.They were located in a neighborhood that seemed to be safe, I've never had any problems there. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. However, I had to tell the staff members 5 times to mail my glasses to me after paying for the extra service. When I received my glasses, they were bent because the box was too small.
