My eye exam was painful. The optical equipment they used hurt my eyes and It took me a while to be able to see again. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were about every type of contact. They were able to answer all my questions. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They provided me with a very accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I hadn't even realized that my vision had changed, but now I see so much better. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
