I was not happy with a pair of glasses I received from this store. They were bi-focals and I was unable to read, I lost this pair because I was always taking my glasses OFF to READ things.

Twice they have supposedly billed the insurance only to find out 10 months later when they send you a bill saying your insurance has not paid this.Contact my insurance and they have never been billed.Why don't they just tell you they are too lazy to bill them and have you do it.They get a 2 because the glasses were fine
