They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They are always so friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
