No, the optometrist had very advanced equipment for a pain free experience

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Absolutely!

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
