I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They are always so friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important.

The doctor was very rude and did not listen to my questions. However, the women who were in charge of glasses adjustments, contact fittings, etc. are wonderful and very knowledgeable. If it weren't for them, my visit here would have been a disaster and waste of money.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Thank you for the exceptional service.

the staff is always so friendly at this vision center and I never have to wait long to get anything from them whether it is my appointment or just getting contacts. They have always been able to help answer any questions I have and the eye exams have always been fairly easy.
