Truly exceptional, caring, spends 50 minutes each time with me and looks at my total health, looks at all my labs and EKGs and found things that other Doctors missed. Just a wonderful Doctor.

No, there weren't many to choose from

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. She went above and beyond what I ever expected. I am very impressed with Dr. Spellman because she was very focused on me and my concerns. She also made herself available by phone when I had a difficult experience in my relationship I needed to speak with her about. She is very caring and a great Doctor.

Just as a side note, this office is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off Reston Parkway and close to all kinds of shops in the Reston Town Center. I was able to do my shopping right after my appointment. I feel like Dr. Spellman goes out of her way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I couldn't believe how great the office looked. It was very obvious that she took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I’ve been to some other psychiatrists that really rushed my appointment, but Dr. Spellman didn’t do that here at all, she gave me a full hour. I was able to take as much time as I needed. It was very easy to get an appointment. She personally makes the appointments on the phone, so I had total confidentiality. She gets me in quickly every time with little waiting.
