I read a lot of bad review, and I had to laugh because they weren't true. My mother has lived here a very long time and loves the care she gets.

Absolutely! They highly encourage it because they know how important it is for the residents

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Absolutely! It was obvious they spent a lot of time making the place inviting
