I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. The staff has absolutely no idea how to help my loved one. They definitely aren't qualified. WORST OF ALL, THE DIRECTOR: GILBERT DEMANDED TO DIRECT MY MOTHERS MEDICAL CARE. THIS IS NOT AN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY, IT IS ONLY INDEPENDENT LIVING.
