I want to give a very special thank you to the staff of Forward Motion Physical Therapy! Words can’t express how thankful I am to them for working with me on my road to recovery. I will never forget the kindness they all exhibited during my time spent there.

Dan, I am more than grateful for all you have done for me, it is something I will never, ever forget! This facility is the BEST! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of any type of physical therapy!!!

Upon beginning physical therapy with Daniel Prata and the staff at Forward Motion Physical Therapy I was not only impressed by the practical and effective techniques I was shown to strengthen and rehabilitate my body, but felt that being surrounded by such a knowledgeable, warm and personable staff mentally prepared me for the upcoming surgery and recovery I was facing.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude towards Forward Motion Physical Therapy for providing an environment of encouragement, education and healing over the course of six months that helped me get to 100% both physically and mentally.
