We were in the ER 3/8/2021 room 3 at approximately 11 PM. Our nurse was wearing a one layer gaiter mask which she continually took down as we were in the room. I asked her to put her mask up while she was around us. The gaiter mask is NOT recommended by the CDC. Nurses and other hospital employees who provide patient care should be wearing N95 masks. I also noticed that other employees at the nursing station were sitting around in a group (not social distanced) and only one young man was wearing a mask. We are in the middle of a very serious pandemic. Over 500,000 Americans have died. I don't plan to be one of them. Your hospital administration needs to address this and make sure that your employees have proper masks. Additionally, the nurse DID NOT use hand sanitizer before she touched my husband. Her bandaging skills were abysmal. She dropped the bandage on the floor that she was using to wrap his ankle and said, "I'm really bad at this"
Come on Sweetwater Hospital. Get with the program!

I have been to Sweetwater Hospital and have been taken care of both in the ER and appointments. How ever when it come to the walk in clinic some times you wait and some times not so much. Also have had times that some one is having a bad day this is why I am giving 4 1/2 stars but for the most part they are nice. Thank you for the service.

MY EXPERIANCEWITH SWEETWATER HOSPITAL STAFF WAS INCREDIBLY HORRIFING, UNPROFESSONAL AND EXTREMLY RUDE. THEY MADE ME COME BACK INTO THE FACILITY TO SHOWTHEM MY PHONE AND ALL CONTENTS BECAUSE THEY ACCUSSED ME OF RECORDING A DR. I WAS NEVER SO HUMILIATED OR FELT MORE VIOLATED IN MY LIFE AND WITH MY 82 YROLD GRANDMOTHER IN THE BEDWITH ALZHIMERS DIEASES. AND WITH OUT EVEN HAVING ACOURT ORDER ALL STEAMING FROM 7 VISITS WITH THEM FOR THEM TO TELL ME NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH ME ONLY TO GO TO BLOUNT MEMORIAL FOR THEM IN 20 MINS FING MY GALLBLADDER WAS ABOUT TO RUPUTURE AND HAD TO HAVE EMERGENCY SURGERY AND THEN TO HAVE MY PRIMARY PHYSICIAN TO FIRE ME ALL DUE TO WHATHE CALLED NOTFOLLOWING HIS TREATMENT PLANNED. YOU WILL GO IN WITH A STUBBED TOE AND LEAVE IN A BODY BAG. I WOULD NOT TAKE MY DOG TO THIS FACILITY AND I PRAY FOR ANYONE THAT HAS TO USE THEM. I RECOMMEND ANYONE TAKING THE EXTRA 30 MIN DRIVE ANDGOING TO BLOUNT MEMORIAL THEY ARE VERY GOOD TO THEIR PATIENTS. PLEASE HEED MY WARNING. AND GOOD LUCK TO ALL THAT IS FORCED TO USE THEM!!!!!!
