I was very unhappy with the service we recieved last nite with the lady at the admitting desk. She was a lady in her late 60's or early 70''s. I understand my daughter was very upset and not the nicest person but was scared to death about her boyfriend. But the way she handled my daughter was very unprofessional and could have pulled my daughter to the side and explained things to her knowing she was upset. She had a very bad attitude. In all my 50 yrs have i ever been so unsatisified with the service their. I use to like that hospital and there for told my husband I would reather die before going to that hospital again. If she is not in a good mood she, shouldnt take out on other people. I am very pleased with the doctor who did take care of him though. Was unable to reach your Hospital Operator. No one answers the phone after trying on several atemps. Even called the Hospial ER and did not get an answer. How do we reach the Hospital at night? You need a Hospital operator!
