This is my second procedure/operation at GW Hospital, first on March 3d, 2022 and most recently on September 15, 2022. On both encounters the administrative and support staff were very friendly, supportive and helpful in processing me in for treatment. The medical staff were very thorough, friendly, and attentive to my needs. The anesthesiologist teams were first rate on both visits and provided good care and support for the surgery and procedure. Dr Daniel Stein the Urologist, performed the surgery and skin graft with excellent results. He kept me totally informed and has my complete confidence and gratitude for his superb care, surgical skills and his caring attitude and manner. Great team and an excellent hospital.

The doctor’s offices and the hospital needs to talk better. Everything at the hospital was fine but it was not what the doctor’s office told me.

GW has the most amazing doctors nurses billing staff cafeteria staff security staff. However the emergency room treatment area needs to be cleaned better or remodeled I was very uncomfortable in a room with blood on curtains floor walls dirty bed dirty an I was very sick also I was put in a room with 3 other sick people I didn't like it at all
