BAD DOCTORING at EISENHOWER.
I visited the emergency room was misdiagnosed and narrowly avoided having an unneccessary surgery. It as a good thing I knew the protocol to diagnose an appendicitis because the overly zealous surgeon wanted to skip a simple blood test to diagnose the issue and go straight to surgery. I got up and left the emergency room as the doctor yelled at me that he will see me later that night when my appendicts burst! I still have my appendicts 5 years later.
The reason I am making a review today is because a close friend was also misdiagnosed at the same emergency room and when the hospital discovered their error refused to take action to correct the problem...the result is my friend is permanently crippled. Today my friend won a lawsuite against Eisenhower. Too bad hospitals just can't keep it simple to do an honest day of doctoring....there would not be as many litigations and costs could be reduced and profits increased.....it is all about the quality of the service...which has nothing to do with how pretty the carpet in the lobby is...it has to do with the quality of the staff doctors and how the hospital is operated.
