I would never recommend them to anyone Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Both times my wife needed help they shipped her to Fairfax Hospital within an hour of check-in and still billed our insurance. The second time they stole all her belongings even though they shipped her out at night and I went back in the morning to obtain them.

My wife was on expensive and hard to find medications, they asked to see them so they could catalog them and if they did not have the medicines to give them to her until they did, but they shipped her out so fast and refused to return the medications.

Avoid this "hospital" at all costs!

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. We had a very bad experience with this facility. My daughter went there voluntarily, and we were misinformed about how their program worked, we were given a doctor who did not accept our insurance and when we asked for a doctor who was in network the doctor proceeded to see her again despite our request, and billed us for it. They were not cooperative with our request to seek a second opinion for our child after the doctor who saw her made a diagnosis after speaking to her for 40 minutes. She got ill while there, and had prescription medication she took for her condition, They were given a list of her current medications, and we gave them the name of a certain medication she was not supposed to take for her condition on the recommendation of her neurologist. When she got ill, they gave her the only medication they were asked not to give her, instead of her regular medication, because they did not have it in stock at their pharmacy so they thought it would be ok. We were not contacted for two days after her admission because they changed her social worker three times in two days, and the doctor we saw was combative and was very defensive when we asked questions and tried to advocate for our child. I filed a complaint with their quality control dept. and was told I would hear back from them in one week. Four weeks and 2 phone calls since then, I have heard nothing.
