A receptionist Lisa Williams tonight handled a citation with a visitor in such a way that Im concerned about why she even has a job at a hospital. To ask if a patient is dying is the lowest distasteful way any staff member can handle visitors. I feel she should not be near anyone needing such care nor should she be dealing with families of such patients. Where do the people get hired from & are they without any compassion, she is just a receptionist but shouldn't even those put in charge to answer questions when we enter capable of being respectful of others feelings!!

Upon arrival, I expressed my concerns that my husband would soil himself if left without coverage. When they allowed me back to the room he was soiled. They gave me wipes and gloves and told me to take care of it. He has dementia and picks at sores after observing him picking his sores and it bleeding they finally gave me bandaids and refuse to put them on him. I did it. The dr we spoke to informed me that because there is no cure for his disease they refuse to waste their resources on him and told me to take him home. He had been implying he wanted to hurt himself. Thank you Craven for your lack of compassion and care.

This is not a Good report and I am going to hold you responsible. What does silver alert mean to your hospital. And what does guardian mean to your Hospital...... And do you treat everyone who does not have ID... Your hospital treat a silver alert person who walked into your hospital told you there was a guardian. Witch means you are not aloud to treat less the guardian signs. You gave her iv you gave her a shot witch made her high. And she was on the silver alert.. Then sent her back out in the cold she was found wondering your parking lot dazzled and confused. You have broke the law.... You will be hearing from me... Srt1435@gmail.com...

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. I attribute my total recovery and rehab to their caring staff and great surgeons!!
