They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. To be honest although he was knowledgeable he seemed far too busy and I seemed to get a different story each time I visited, in terms of what was wrong and the next steps. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. Overall I would very much recommend him but it was frustrating at times. I left unimpressed at customer service, it was more the pretense of it than it feeling sincere. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
