Dr. Norburg literally got my life back on track. After suffering for years with back and shoulder pain and having doctors telling me I had to live with it, I went to Dr. Norburg. She talked with me intensively. She explained that chiropratic is not an overnight fix I would have to stay with the plan and boy was she right. I got better and better. I am like a new person. The purpose of the X-Rays was for her to determine how to treat me. Now I go once a month, to get it all back in line and I am virtually pain free. Thank you Dr. Norburg!

November 6th, 2013 I visited Dr. Norburg's office to receive a spinal adjustment . I have used her services in the past , my last visit being in 2010 by her records. I was a drop in at 9:00 am. and was told by the office manager they could help me by approximately 9:45 am. At approximately 9:50 am. I met with Dr Norburg in a patient room.. She told me at that time I would have to reschedule and come back as a new patient. She stated I would have to receive a new X-ray at the later appointment before receiving an adjustment. My feelings were very hurt by what appeared to me in my opinion as an uncaring indifference.. I was shocked that there was no apology for the confusion or any explanation what so ever. I left still in a state of discomfort and dismay at being treated as I had been treated. Every one has a bad day from time to time but in my opinion this went beyond that and was inexcusable.

I felt much better after seeing Dr. Norburg. My pain was greatly reduced. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. Dr. Norburg is friendly and efficient! I rarely have to wait for my appt...quick and painless!
