Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were extremely careful to always keep me covered and comfortable during my massage. They are always very respectful, and I've never felt exposed during my massage.

Joanne does such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though she is extremely popular. I know for a fact that she has lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been to. She never pressures me in anyway and is always very considerate and professional. She is an absolute expert in her field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in her care. Everytime I visit, she customizes her technique so I get the most benefit from the massage. He is extremely knowledgeable. She always returns my phone calls quickly and I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my questions.
