I CALLED TODAY JUST TO MAKE AND APPOINTMENT FOR MY SON, AND WHEN THE PERSON ANSWERED THE PH. I SAID HELLO MAY I ASK YOUR NAME.
SHE GAVE ME NO ANSWER, AL SHE SAID WAS WHAT DO I NEED, I SAID I NEED TO MAKE AND APPOINTMENT, FOR MY SON SWEETIE.
WHEN I SAID THE WORD SWEETIE, THAT WAS IT I MEANT NOTHING BY IT AT ALL, WE USE IT ALL THE TIME WHERE I AM ORIGINALLY FROM LOUISIANA.
AND IN MY 12 1/2 YRS. LIVING I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL TODAY WITH HER.
THAN SHE BEGINS TO TELL ME, SIR, YOUR ACTING LIKE AND JUST STOPPED IN HER WORDS.
AND I JUST ASK TRIED TO ASK HER WHAT, HOW I'M I ACTING THIS WAS CRAZY, REMEMBER I JUST CALLED FOR AND APPT. FOR MY SON.
I ASK HER COULD I SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE ARE HER BOSS. SHE SAID SHE IS THE BOSS, I'M LIKE OK.
YOU DON'T HAVE A BOSS, LIKE THE DR. SHE STATED TO ME THAT THERE NOT OPEN TODAY, AND THE DR. WON'T BE IN TILL 1:00 PM TOMORROW. AND THEN SHE JUST HUNG UP ON ME, SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE TO ME ON THE PH. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. BY THE WAY, I FOUND OUT HER NAME IS DEBBIE!!! GOD BLESS

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Yes, they don't show favoritism

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't
