This is a very safe neighborhood and I don't know why someone wrote the review above to the contrary. It's a beautifully renovated house on a tree-lined street with businesses all around. The staff are friendly, the facility is clean and their treatments are safe and gentle. I cannot say enough good things about the various therapists that work here.

I have had physical therapy treatments in the past. Penny's treatment is superior to anything I experienced before. She provides on on one treatment. This treatment was very effective in relieving pain. I also learned a great deal from her.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I liked the fact that they told me about some exercises I could do at home to speed up my recovery. It made me feel like they really wanted me to get better as soon as possible. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

Penny has exceptional knowledge regarding joints and organ functions throughout the body and how they influence each other. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. They did as they said they would and sent me additional information about my condition & how to take care of myself through email. I saw improved motion and ability to get back to my everyday life quickly.

The staff is very warm and friendly. The therapist was very skilled with state of the art advanced manual therapy. I had complete one on one care the entire visit. The manual therapy is called integrative manual therapy and was very gentle, yet extremely effective.

I don't know why the other review said that it was not in a safe area. It is in a wellness center right off of Paoli Pike next to a salon....a very safe area.

I would highly recomment this facility to anyone desires close personal attention and physical therapy that is much more than just exercises and hot packs!

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

No, I was confident in their abilities

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
