Dr Lodd was the primary physician for my family for over a year -- and I deeply regret not changing doctors a long time ago. Here are some of the things you can expect if you visit her clinic:

- Utterly incompetent front desk staff. Should I mention that they will leave you voicemail after voicemail asking to schedule follow up appointments (especially non critical ones) but do not bother reminding you of your appointment in advance once it is scheduled? I guess the 25$ charge is a good source of revenue

- Confusing, possibly unethical billing practices.

- Expect to wait at least 20-30 mins past your scheduled appointment time

- A physical exam that is less rigorous than one you might receive at the clinic in Walmart or CVS

And I can go on and on. All I can say is we learnt our lesson too late. Dont repeat our mistakes.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No. It took me several times to get through.

I was confident that they were experienced and uptodate in their treqatments and methods. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
