Dr. Baez is a wonderful person & psychologist. She helped me get my life back after a terrible tragedy in my family. I highly recommend her. She is caring, thoughtful & I don’t know where my head would be without her.

She has poor business practice. After the visit, I would pay for the visit, and she billed my insurance company also. She is now charging me three years after the visits again. Wow! I have to take the time to call an insurance company that I no longer do business with and call the bank and pay for copies of checks. Just more money and time wasted for someone that cannot keep proper books. Not good practice in a small town.

I went to see her because her office was near my home but that was the only thing I liked about this doctor. She is a fake. I heard the way she speaks to other people on the phone and that turned me off. Then, in the sessions, she really doesn't seem to know what she is talking about. She was way off. I would not recommend her to anyone.

If you're looking for marriage counseling or therapy, look the other way. This therapist used to be a member of Advanced Behavioral Health Center of Tavares, Florida. If you know about the ABHC group, you know that their primary clientele are children with ADHD who they blindly put on stimulants like Ritalin and Adderal while collecting co-payments on a monthly basis. While she has no MD on staff to issue Rx medications, she is constantly referring patients back to the ABHC group with advice to get Rx medications. She doesn't challenge her patients, never sets goals, and never gives homework. In short, she's just collecting co-payments and insurance payments while her patients never make any progress. Again - avoid this therapist and find a better one.
