I have been treated for several years by Dr Carlsen and his staff.
It is a VERY busy office but he and his staff have have provided excellent
care.
My bladder cancer is now under control.
The doctor , while very busy, has always been sure to explain things well
and give me all the information in a manner I can understand.
Staff has always been caring and I have been more than happy with
my experience.

I WOULD NEVER GO BACK AND NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR
THERE ATTITUDE SUCKS AND IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL
THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY.......

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They are the most respectful, courteous doctor I've ever been to. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

Very pleasant experience for my first surgery as an adult. The nursing staff were courteous and attentive. Dr. Carlsen explained everything clearly and answered all the questions I had. I hope to never have to see another urologist but if I do at least I already found a good. I would highly recommend Dr. Carlsen and Bellingham Urology to any asking.
