Mr. Estefania Is an excellent supporter, his personality suits well with what I would look for in a therapist. He is incredibly understanding but also rigid. He strikes the right balance.

I would highly recommend Raymond to anyone one who seriously want to better them selves.

We are incredibly grateful for the positive impact that Ray has had on our son’s journey toward recovery. From the very first session, Ray demonstrated a deep understanding of addiction and approach to healing. My husband and I felt scared for our 23 year old son. We are an example of those families that think “this won’t happen in our family”. Well, I’m here to re-confirm that addiction truly does not discriminate. We felt uncertain and lost in a world that we didn’t fully understand.

Ray connected to our son quite easily (also by our son’s feedback) Ray didn’t just focus on the addiction itself, but also helped our son understand the underlying emotional and psychological factors that created and exacerbated his addiction. This part is so crucial. We understand that addiction is a long term process but we can’t thank Ray enough for pulling us through our son’s initial recovery stage.

As a parent, this has been the most frightening experience in our life. If you’re looking for an addiction therapist who is not only skilled but genuinely cares about their clients, we highly recommend Ray.

Ray was instrumental in helping me get sober and in identifying the issue in the first place. After meeting with Ray for the first time, I felt comfortable that I was in the right hands to navigate this process.

I had been ashamed of my actions and behavior while drunk/high, and Ray helped me process the past and, from there, come up with a solution. I never felt judged or hopeless around Ray; instead, I had the hope that I could live a meaningful life sober, thanks to him.

I am 22 years old and 10 months sober/in recovery, and I owe so much of that to Ray. He helped me identify that I am an addict/alcoholic, helped me find the solution that works, and also helped me mend relationships with my family that I had destroyed along the way.

I needed honesty but from someone who truly wanted to help and that is exactly what I got from Ray.

We cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support our son received
from Ray Estefania. From the moment
Ray began working with him, we knew he was in good hands.

Ray’s unique ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space where our son could openly discuss his struggles and fears is the reason our son’s recovery has been successful. Ray was able to help our son address his drug use but also helped him understand the underlying issues that contributed to it.

As parents we were counseled too. Ray brought our us together and helped us all change how we coexisted as a family.

Our son has been able to rebuild trust and regain self confidence in ways we never thought possible.

Ray’s compassion, expertise, and genuine care for our son has been life-changing for all of us.

Ray Estefania has been a strong support for our family when my youngest adult child needed treatment for mental health. We hired Ray to help us get our loved one to a facility we had found, as our loved one refused the help at that time. From the very first phone call until now, after five months in treatment, I have found Ray very compassionate, skillful, and knowledgeable. He has been able to help us understand the process of treatment, how we work together best to support our loved one, and also how to work with the clinical staff. I am truly thankful for following the recommendation to call Ray. I wholeheartedly recommend that you call him to discuss your situation and learn how he can help you if you feel alone or afraid of how to best support your loved one.

Ray is the best when it comes to what he does. He is very easy going and is so helpful. Very fortunate to have met him and take his recommendations in this field. I’m very appreciative and beyond grateful to have him help me because without him I would have been very lost. Anything you need Ray will help you feel confident and comfortable about the next step!

I am eternally grateful to have been assisted by Ray and extremely happy that he was brought into my life. Before I had come into contact with Ray, my life was spiraling in more negative ways than one. I was severely depressed and constantly using drugs and alcohol to cope with my depression. I was losing relationships with my family and friends and generally the people that love me the most. Unfortunately, it had come to the point where I had almost lost my life at the young age of 23 due to the use of drugs and alcohol.

Ray's approach was nothing short of transformative. He guided me through each step of my recovery journey with empathy, wisdom, and unwavering support. His deep understanding of addiction and personalized interventions tailored to my needs were instrumental in my success.

Beyond just stopping my substance use, Ray helped me rebuild my life. He empowered me to confront the underlying issues driving my addiction and develop healthier coping mechanisms. His encouragement and belief in my potential motivated me to strive for personal growth and become a better version of myself.

Today, I am sober, happier, and more responsible than I've ever been. I owe so much of my progress to Ray and his dedication to helping individuals like me reclaim their lives. If you or someone you know is struggling with addiction, I wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to Ray. He is not just a professional but a true ally in the journey to recovery and a better future.

Thank you, Ray , for everything you've done. You've made an indelible impact on my life, and I am forever grateful.

Ray was truly a life saver for our family. We found him in one of our family’s darkest hours, at a moment where we were scared and feeling hopeless. Ray provided us with the support and guidance we needed to stabilize our situation, He leveraged his extensive understanding of drug addiction and mental health, not to mention his elaborate network of professionals, to help us find the right approach and treatment plan for our child. Over many months, and probably most importantly, he taught us how to be strong (yet loving) parents in the most painful moments, and he reassured us we were making the right decisions that were in our child’s best interests. We are forever grateful to Ray for being the exact partner we (and our child) needed to begin paving the way to a happy and healthy life.

It is my pleasure to leave this review for Ray. We were referred to Ray by a local mental health provider. Our 22-year-old son required help and direction, and we were lost on next steps. We engaged Ray to act as our consultant to help guide our decision-making. We couldn't be more pleased with the expertise, availability, and service Ray provided, and continues to provide, to our family. He assisted with program options; arranging communication with potential program directors; supported the family and our son through the process; recommended chaperones to travel with our son to the selected program; and remained engaged with the program and our family through the initial program period. Further, he then assisted with our selection of a second step-down program and has been in near-daily contact with us since that transition. Programs are not all the same. Ray has intimate knowledge of programs across the country, and his information was instrumental in all of our decisions over the past several months. We, literally, would not have been able to handle this on our own. Ray has been in constant contact with us, the program directors, and the primary therapists for our son. We couldn't be more pleased with the service Ray has provided. We recommend him without any reservation whatsoever. Ray's services, dedication, and compassion have exceeded all of our expectations. If you or a loved one is in a tough situation, place your trust in Ray to help navigate a path to successful addiction and/or mental health recovery. He is definitely the smartest guy in the room on such matters.

We are forever grateful for the compassion and knowledge Ray demonstrated while we worked together to place my daughter in a transitional program. Ray quickly assessed our daughter's current program, her needs, and her requests to find the best program for her. It was not easy as the first place did not work for my daughter but Ray quickly pivoted and we found the best program where she is now thriving.
It is rare when both the parents and child like their consultant and we finally found that in Ray and it has made the whole undertaking easier. Ray really listens to both parents and child to open communications and help guide everyone through this challenging process. I would strongly recommend Ray to struggling families.
