I had nasal reconstruction to correct a deviated septum by Dr. Doucet. She is a great doctor and very caring. The office staff is great also.

Dr. Doucet is a wonderful doctor. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and making sure they have the best treatment possible. Everyone in the office is super nice and always has answered any questions that i have had.

Their equipment was very advanced and modern. I was impressed. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting this doctor. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They definitely care about patient comfort because this doctor has the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. The background music was lovely. It was clearly chosen to soothe.
I felt that the staff was welcoming and caring. Dr. Doucet really spends time explaining my condition and making sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I have referred many family and friends and have every confidence in her care.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. This place is so fantastic about involving patients in their treatment method. They were curious about any input I had and took everything I had to say to heart. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

My only problems is that they did not run my insurance before I checked out. When I questioned them about the bill they said that I needed to meet a deductable. After they filed the visit and I received my EOB, I realized that my insurance did cover 80% of the visit and I did not have to pay for the whole thing up front.
