They never gave me the results of my blood glucose screening during pregnancy. The doctor was very thorough when following my placenta previa, which made me feel more comfortable. I had great experiences with Dr. Snead and Angela, NP, however the front desk staff wasn't so great. I felt a total lack of communication and would call back several times before getting an answer. And it took an exceptionally long time for them to schedule my delivery with the hospital and notify me. From my past expierence this happens the same day, not 5 days later, and should not require several phone calls to the office.

Dr. Snead and everyone at Alliance are so great!! I am new to the area and some friends recommended him. I am so glad they did. Dr. Snead is very smart and up-to-date on current information. The office was so clean and everyone is so welcoming. Thank you to everyone there!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Dr. Jonathan Snead is a very caring physician. His office was beautiful - one of the best I've seen. The staff was caring. I would recommend him.

I went to this office for a yearly exam in August. They did not seem as thorough as my previous Doctor. It was a very minimal exam and they do not have current technology. The nurse was taking notes on a yellow sticky note. They said that they did not need my previous records even though I have a history of several medical problems. I thought that this was really strange.
As of the end of October - I had never received my exam results. When I called the office they gave me the results but seemed unconcerned that someone in their office had claimed to have spoken with me about my test results when they hadn't.
My advice - look somewhere else.

The cologne they wore was nauseating. I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the room. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. I'd stay clear if I were you. I wouldn't recommend them ever after my experience there. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.
