I felt very comfortable with Dr Williams, as I had gone to other docs with this problem, by the way, I still have it but Dr Williams will do what she can to help me! She sent me for every kind of test, ultrasounds etc...to make sure there were no problems with my ovaries etc...I have excruciating pain with intercourse and I hope and pray she can find the answers. She talked with me for as long as I needed and didn't rush me off like some docs. U will be very happy with this doc/lady!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

She made sure every question I had was answered and involved me in decisions about treatment. She seemed genuinely interested in resolving a chronic problem I have and was willing to try different treatments. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. I would strongly recommend this doctor as she is very professional and understanding. feel a lot more confident and hopeful about resolving my medical problem. The office was easy enough to find.

They are the most understanding doctor I've ever had when it comes to appointment times. I have a very busy schedule, but they're always more than willing to work with me and figure out a time that doesn't conflict with my schedule. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
