When I left my treatment I felt absolutely fantastic. I didn't experience any side effects at all, and I will definitely be going back. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are extremely knowledgeable in all the elements of Chinese herbal medicine. They even incorporated them into my treatment and it really helped alleviate my symptoms.

This acupuncturist really takes great care when inserting the needles during treatment.They were so great, I couldn't feel a thing. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity and leave more than enough time in between appointments.

I was so impressed with the level of knowledge they had about Chinese herbal medicine. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. They definitely have some nice people working here. This place has some of the best customer service I've seen. They make it a priority to always put the customer first.

"Wonderful clinic! Both doctors are helpful and friendly. They have really helped to improve my severe migraines, asthma, and GERD. They use a whole body approach that can include acupuncture, massage, and herbal remedies. I have been very happy with my treatment at New Hope. I highly recommend it!"
