Dr. Cusack was one of the best counseling out there. I was with him for 4 years, he was very concerning, cared like as I was a family member. He helped me see my true self, get through my past, my depressions and help me learn how to cope with my anxiety. I meet some really kind nice people in his group sessions as well. Especially Kristy! I miss you and Dr. Cusack always. And will never forget all our cries, happy moments and sadness but most of all the inspiration that he given us was worth millions!! Please if anyone knows where he went please let me know.

When I had PTSD and was deeply depressed Dr. Cusack was there for me. He was able to get through to me when nobody else could. He didn't give up and continued to use various methods with me until I was able to function again. Now I am in college, will soon he graduating and am confident that there is a job waiting for me. But more than that his caring and compassion were always there. Tough love when needed along with his knowledge. He helped me make my own decisions and to learn to be who I truly am. Thanks is not enough.

DR CUSACK HAS HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY. ESPECIALLY WITH THE GRIEVING OF MY HUSBAND'S DEATH. DR CUSACK IS COMPASSIONATE, UNDERSTANDING, CARING, AND A VERY GOOD LISTENER. HE'S AWESOME!!
