I had to write a rebuttle to the review that follows mine. I have been a patient of step by step therapeutic massage since 1996.. It was with great sadness that I ran across this horribly untrue review. Rena Wilson is the most compassionate caring therapist that goes to the ends of the earth for her patients. She willing gives referrals to other internists, chiropractors, orthopedic professionals, physical therapist and wellness professional. The office is always spotless and smells wonderful..
Most appts they r either right at the front desk ready for u or running out with an unbrella to help us safely and dryly reach her totally handicapp office. The therapist r the most qualified, educated, medical massage therapist available in the greater north Atlanta area. I have never had such thorough precise effective massage anywhere in all my worldly travels. They keep me pain free and very comfortable so that I Dt feel like I need a massage.. There have been many times that I have called last minute for an appt and they go to great lengths to meet my appt requests within 24 hours. One will not find more consummate professionals. In addition I have referred friends and family to her for as long as I've known her.

I have suffered debilitating back pain for decades.

Rena Wilson is wonderful massage therapist and has reduced my pain significantly.

She is a healer and I am overjoyed that I found her.

The oil they used during my massage was absolutely fantastic. It looked and felt very expensive, and it smelled amazing. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
