They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The office was easy enough to find.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I had a great experience. I was there for a massage.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was the best doctor visit I've ever had. She gives you the one-on-one attention you need and is always available via email or phone to answer questions.

Dr. Alicia is an amazing woman and doctor who I find extremely informed, intelligent, and caring. She gives the pros and cons of any physical situation including helpful advice on the emotional and psychological. A gratifying experience after decades of dealing with M.D.'s who want to do nothing but mask symptoms with drugs.
