I have been going to Dr. Mandel for years and even though she is no longer in Haverhill, MA- I still go to see her as my primary care physician even though it takes about 30 minutes to get to. I truly enjoy going into the office with the friendly front desk staff- they take great care of their patients!

I have been seeing Dr. Mandell for several years and could not be happier. My husband, daughter and now my parents all go to her. I have reffered neighbors who are also pleased with her. She is very thorough and listens well. She takes care of all of my overall medical needs. I dont have to see several other "specialists" for things, she can usually handle it all. She also helps care for my Mom who has artheritis and not always gets the best care from her speciality doctor for this. She will go the extra mile as needed. The staff knows us very well and is always helpful. I would recomend her to anyone looking for a new doctor.

I recently moved and chose Dr. Mandel as my primary care physician. She was great for the first well appointment. Very professional and listened to me and had simply advice on improving general health. I have no issues so I am not a tough patient anyways. Thankfully, she does not do testicular exams which I dread. I hate them so much that I seldom go for a well appointment. Now at least I can get my blood work and blood pressure monitored every year.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. they never call me back, ever. it's ridiculous trying to get them to resolve something.
