While in the hospital this Dr. Chawla was always available for any questions. I saw him multiple times a day. Post the hospital visit he was warm and understanding of my situation and always showed concern for my well being. His staff is the best medical staff I have ever encountered.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
