I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Susan is one the most knowledgable persons I have ever met. The whole massage experience is so calming and soothing, most of all you feel absolutely like you've had the longest and best massage of all times. She was always concerned about my comfort. You don't have to tell her where it really hurts or is sore, she will find it all on her own. She really is a specialist in muscle and soft tissue pain. Her prices are very reasonable. You only have to go to her one time and you will understand her knowledge and skill and that she is a specialist in her field.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They respected my privacy during my massage and made sure I always felt safe and comfortable. I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I felt much more relaxed after my massage. It was great to be able to unwind. The massage therapist is great at getting deep knots to relax without causing me pain.

Not at all! They gave me my full massage, and it was fantastic!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
