The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Absolutely! I could barely move for days!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

In his state of the art, stunning, brand new and immaculately clean office on Staten Island, Dr. Jason Brattner is a true gem in the world of chiropractic. I have seen him about 10 times within the last three weeks and he has completely resolved my acute sciatica in a pain-free, gentle and skillful manner. He addressed my worries and questions with patience and genuine concern. He never rushed me out or kept me waiting long. His office staff was courteous and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Brattner for all your chiropractic needs. He also has physical therapists and massage therapists on staff.
