Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I love that they make an extra effort to always respect my privacy. I never have to worry about feeling uncomfortable while I'm there. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

WOW!!!Laura was the PERFECT Massager Person!! I mean she's seemingly this properly nice & diminutive lady when you meet her & yet she has the GRIP of SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T FEEL LIKE SHE'S ACTUALLY A LADY... I MEAN I CLOSED MY EYES & THOUGHT, THIS GUY'S GOT GRIP!!!! :-);-)OOOPS!! LOL!!! Truthfully though, She found the center of my muscular ailment & healed it up real properly!! :-)
