My husband bought me a gift certificate for a mother's day gift. The certificate expired before I could use it due to other health problems and Terri would not honor it. She offered 5 dollars off purchasing another massage. So she got 50 bucks for doing absolutely nothing. Nice business philosophy.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
