21st century health care consultants has done more for me than can be described with words alone. They are the reason why my home health care agency is successful. They are always there for me. Whenever I call they are there to provide me with the assistance I need. I know that without them I could have never attained Medicare accreditation with no deficiencies with out all of their help. I highly recommend their services. I called many of their references before I made my final decision. They all told me you would not be disappointed. Now i'm telling you the same.

The experience was great. The whole team at 21st Century Health Care Consultants really knew what they were doing and as a result my agency passed its Medicare Accreditation survey with no deficiencies. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to open a home health care agency.

21st century health care consultants was the best choice I could ever make when it comes to assistance with opening my Home Health care Agency. Their entire team was always their to assist me. Thanks to them I have passed my Medicare accreditation survey and now operate a successful home health care agency .

I needed assistance opening my home health agency and I am so glad I called 21st Century Healthcare Consultants. My state license application had been rejected twice and I could not understand why the State was giving me such a hard time. Within two weeks after hiring 21st Century, my application was resubmitted and within 3 months I had received my State license. I thank god every day for 21st Century Healthcare Consultants.

No, it was expensive.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
They where truly professional. I could not have opened my Home Health Care Agency and have achieved the success that I have without him and guidance of the 21st Century Team. .
