Couldn't be happier! I just started seeing Dr. B last month and immediately felt a connection. She has been counseling for two decades and you can really feel the experience. She is warm and compassionate. It was easy to get in to see her and the support staff was very helpful and quick.

Text during session, charged me a copay when my insurance covered the whole cost, she charged my insurance for 60 min for 30 min sessions.

Horrible. Accepts both of my insurance plans Medicare and Empire Plan. Made us pay up front saying she would reimburse us when she gets paid by my insurance. I confirmed with Medicare that she was reimbursed. She has not reimbursed me. I phoned her 3 times and she didn't return my calls. When I finally got her on the phone she hung up on me. A THIEF. Stealing my money!
