They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

I feel like Jay Horowitz, DC goes out of the way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. He made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Jay Horowitz, DC did not exaggerate his abilities at all. I got what was promised. It was very easy to get an appointment. He has a very flexible schedule and can get me in quickly every time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time.
