I have been going to Dr Logan since March. Their staff has always been extremely friendly. From the moment i walked into the office, i was welcomed. Dr Logan has not only been interested in me as a patient, but also as a person. She askes how things in my personal life are going and if ever i have had a bad day, she takes a minute to try and encourage me. She is a very sweet lady and an excellent chiropractor.

We bought the Living Social Deal for a Couples Massage. When I called to make the appointment (3 weeks prior to the deal expiring), I was informed they had no openings and we would lose our money if no one cancelled. Keep in mind we are available any day, any time. They just can't/ won't get us in. Don't buy any other offers from this place! What a rip off!

I too bought a Groupon offer and to my surprise I was very impressed with my massage therapist and the staff over all. I often get massages mostly at spas. I'm relaxed for the most part but i hardly get the results that I'm looking for. Not only was the massage great but I was educated on my problem and given some helpful tips on how to prevent my problem from coming back. Everyone was in tune with me from the beginning to the end. I'm glad i purchased the Groupon and i will be returning back again.

Customer service was fine when we first walked in. They offered us water while we filled out paperwork and seemed to have nice energy. As a student massage therapist myself, the service after that was nothing I expected. My boyfriend’s reaction to this experience would be the same.

After we were done filling out paperwork it took a while for the therapists to come out to get us. We started after our set time. If the set time starts at 10:30 then the therapists should be ready at 10:30. Being late from the beginning felt like our time was not important to them. The female therapist that worked on my boyfriend did not look professional at all. She had long nails and a low cut top.

There was barely an intake interview, all my therapist knew was I had shoulder and neck pain and that was only because I told him that. They were not “in-tune” with the areas I was concerned with. They did not check in with us at all during the massage and technique was not there. There was no communication whatsoever. My therapist had no engagement with the tissue and it just felt like mindless rubbing. Draping or lack of was horrible and I felt uncomfortable. He spent too much time trying to drench my back with massage oil and for some reason skipped my whole left arm and did not address my neck at all (which was what I was concerned the most about). I don’t know if these “therapists” were actually licensed. I would have rather had a massage from our student MTs in their first quarter of school. I am never returning here again and I would not recommend receiving a massage from this place.
