Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. they charge extremely very expansive, glasses will cost you more then $800,if bifocal, which is cost max $300-$400 in Brooklyn. I'm not going anymore here, if you wanna spend too much money ,you can go there. much better I'm recommending, go to Brooklyn for glasses, which is will cost you around $300

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
