I was mostly comfortable with the temperature in the OBGYN's exam room. The OBGYN's office is so old fashioned. I never got a call back confirming my appointment. I didn't feel like the nurse receptionist was empathetic to my acknowledgment that I never got a confirmation call. I never got a call about test results from this OBGYN. They claimed that they will have my results in a few days after my appointment but I never got a call. I called them twice within the past 3 weeks and I still have not gotten my results. It is irritating to me because I really would like to know as soon as possible after my pap smear. I would never return to this OBGYN and would absolutely never recommend them to others because if their un-prompt responses and lack of follow-up.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Yes, they went above and beyond

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
