Bait and switch is what this place is all about. I went in to have my 4 implants cleaned(last time it was $60). Had the cleaning and upon checking out I was handed a bill for $160 and was told it was for their insurance, xrays and a consult (none of which I needed) . After bringing this to their attention, I asked for a credit with the Office Manager and she said "thats not gonna happen". I am currently fighting this with my credit card company. I spent over $11,000 with them over the past two years and yet received shabby treatment. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else

This place is so questionable! The dentist didnt even address the problem I went in for - my tooth is STILL super sensitive to hot and cold after he fixed it.. waiting for an over priced crown to come in - Very concerned that it will be as poor quality and fit as the temporary with huge gaps - the assistanct lady made... cant even chew on that side!! Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They should've respected my decision. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

We went for a free consultation for dentures, and even though the office staff assured us there would be no charge, we just recieved a statement from our insurance that they billed for $93.00. We never recieved a bill from this organization, they just billed our insurance after we were told there was no charge for the consultation. We thought the office was run down, not really clean, the walls and baseboards. The layout was terrible, there was a long hallway with the rooms going off to one side, with wide openings, no doors, no privacy while people were having dental work done. The coffee and cookies in the waiting area were a nice touch. This dental office lied about billing the insurance and agreeing that the denture consultation was free. We would not trust these people.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive.

Their ads lead you to believe they will do dentures for practically nothing (ad says from $399), but let them talk you into the $1,500 one, and you can get a guarantee on them, and one free replacement within five years. When the dentures arrived, they seemed okay at first, but they were actually a very poor fit! I feel like I've been burned! The reason I went to them in the first place was to get some new, well-fitting dentures, so I would not require use of denture adhesive. Well, I am using more now than ever!

Add to this the fact that you can never seem to get a straight answer on how much it will cost you in the end, along with an office staff that can't seem to figure - out how to file claims for dental insurance, it could end - up costing you very dearly.

Their whole angle is that they buy their dentures wholesale. I'm nnot exactly sure what this means, but it must mean prefab dentures, i.e. "one size fits all", or rather, none, IMHO.

Overall, I have to say it was a very disatisfying experience - I just received a bill, almost half of a year after I believed I was paid in full. When I called about it I was told they didn't file a claim with my insurance, so I am resposible for it!

In all fairness, the woman I talked to did say she was going to submit the claim. If the insurance company says it is too late, then I guess I will have to tell them it is too late, also. Well, I'm due to get my permanent lowers, and I think I'm going elsewhere!

The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say.
