They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I ended up having to call the emergency room because I couldn't get through to them. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They barely gave me any information at all. I guess I'm going to have to ask someone else to answer my questions. This place absolutly is the pits. If you need to get ahold of anyone you must go in and youll find them like I did sitting and chatting as the phone rings off the wall sending all patiants to a message machine. I f you need them for anything they are just not going to be there ever trust me!!!!!!
