Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

Saw her for a while. Left after sessions feeling frustrated and confused. She didn't seem to care much about me or what I was saying and often (too often) got major parts of my story incorrect. Didn't have many tools in her toolbox for helping me. Seemed very distracted.
