They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. They said they had called in perscriptions that they had not. This happened 2 out of 4 times and wasted several hours or my time working between the pharmacy and the doctor office. This is espeically dangerous with the medication that my niece was taking. Even though we called a week in advance of runing out of a particular med, they took 5 days and several calls. In the end, they only called in a 7 day perscription refill, and could not give us an appt for 3 days after the meds ran out which meant we would run out of the meds again before seeing anyone. I called them back to refill the 7 day prescription to at least take us to the appointment . I was promised it would be called in, and it was not. By the time, they called me that it was taken care of and I had gone to the pharmacy, the doctor's office was closed, and my niece had to miss doeses which in her case is unsafe. The Nurse practionare was great but the office staff was totally disorganized and lazy. It is unfortunate because it is not worth the risk of running out of meds and not being able to get them refilled to go to this clinic.
