The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
